Depending on the part required and due to Covid-19 import regulations it is advisable to discuss your repair with one of our customer service representatives.

It might be time if you having to recharge every few hours even when usage is low or if your phone unexpectedly dies or only works when plugged in.

The replacement should take under an hour depending on the repair queue if you’re in a rush, BUT we prefer to charge and test it overnight to ensure there is no other component failure.

Either way, don’t stress as we do offer a 6-month warranty on your new battery.

We do indeed, with various insurance companies and are also Santam approved.

You must book or bring it in as soon as possible as damage can worsen with time, so there cannot be any guarantee we can fix it although we do fix loads of these.

Our quotes are valid for 7 days and subject to a R179 assessment fee which is only refundable on acceptance of quote.

Repair quotes for under R500 will continue without confirmation to save you time and money, unless otherwise specified.

We will gladly assess the state of your advice should you wish to sell, and we will make you an offer if we are interested, just ask anyone in our team.

Unfortunately not but we do accept most major credit and debit cards as well as a lay-by service, just ask us.

  • Apple screen repairs – 1 year. Apple batteries – 6 months. Other apple repairs – 3 months
  • Samsung & Huawei repairs & Batteries- 3 months
  • Macbooks & iMac repairs – 6 month warranty & Batteries – 3 months
  • Warranty is voided if we find any form of physical damage
  • Warranty is voided if your device has been opened or repaired by any third party repairer other than mobiFix as we cannot guarantee the workmanship of another repairer
  • Warranty is voided if your device has incurred liquid damage which is seen as latent damage, hence all liquid damage repairs are devoid of warranties due to the unpredictable nature of liquid ingress
  • If you repair with us or any repairer, your manufacturer’s warranty is automatically voided as the device is opened for repair, but we do offer a much longer warranty on our repairs then all the manufacturers.

The warranty is not transferrable to new device owners and is valid from date of invoice which cannot be extended.

Please collect well within 90 days from the date of repair, or your device will be sold for parts to recover our losses.

Yes, we sell Certifed pre-owned A-grade devices as well as new devices and accessories as ranged from time to time, with our mobiFix warranties – just ask us.

We accept Cash, Card, EFT, Vouchers, Snapscan, payable upon book in or ask about our deposit procedure.

We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.

Please use the immediate payment option when doing EFTs so you won’t have to wait when collecting your device for payment to be cleared before we can release your beloved device.

We strongly advise you to back up your data, sign out of find my iPhone and iCloud for the protection and safety of your data. This will also assist in a speedier repair.

Either remove your password or pin OR you will have to provide our assistants with the passcodes so we can properly quality check and repair your device promptly.
